(The crowd was going nuts. Vince McMahon had finally shut Eric Bischoff up once and for all.  If fans thought that Vince vs Bischoff was a dream match . . .then they were certainly pumped for the next match up.  The dream match of Stone Cold vs The Rock vs Goldberg.  Michael Cole caught up with The Rock before his match)

Cole:  Rocky . . .Rocky.  I just wanted to get your final thoughts on this match-up tonight.  I mean, Goldberg, Stone Cold and The Rock. Three of the greatest wrestlers in the . . .

Rock:  Whoa whoa whoa.  Three of the what . . .greatest?  No no no.  ONE of the greatest wrestlers of all time and that’s THE ROCK (crowd boos)

Cole:  What is going to be your strategy for tonight’s match?

Rock:  (mocking Cole) What’s going to be you’re strategy. What’s going to be you’re strategy. Why don’t you go run off in the woods and  . . . I don’t know . . .raise some sheep or something

(Crowd laughs)

Rock:  For years The Rock had to hear Stone Cold in the back “Oh I wish Goldberg was in DGW.  Man I’d kick his ass.  Look at him trying to steal my gimmick”  and then it was worse listening to Goldberg in the back “oh man, I can’t wait to get my hands on Stone Cold, I can’t wait to get my hands on him”

(Crowd boos as the Rock continued to mock Stone Cold and Goldberg)

Rock:  Well the wait is over.  Tick Tock, Tick Tock . . . those two jackasses have been worrying about the wrong damn guy, because there is only one Great One.  There is only one true legend . .. there’s only ONE The ROCK)

(Crowd boos)

JR:  Oh give me a break

(The Rock walked off as the fantasy match was about to begin!)
