It was the match that would determine the future of DGW. Two men, two owners. Now after this Hell in
the Cell match, there would only be one! The match for total control of DGW got started off in classic fashion as the Nature Boy, Ric Flair strutted his way to the ring. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Next No Chance started blaring as Vince headed to the ring. “I’m Vince McMahon damnit,” he began to shout. “I’m going to Pedigree his ass,” Vince shouted to the audience.
Vince started out the match in classic fashion by introducing a foreign object, busting Flair open.
J.R.
“Oh son of a bitch. Booger red, damnit, booger red”
(ok, J.R. kept saying that at Wrestlemania and even King asked him what in the hell he was talking about.

Flair was quick to retaliate as both men climbed to the top of the Cell. It appeared that Vince was going to
win, but out of nowhere, Flair locked in the Figure 4 Leg Lock. Flair then slammed Vince through the Hell in the Cell and went for the quick cover. The crowd chanted with the ref. 1. .

J.R. “Dear God King, Flair has done it. Flair has
done it. Ric Flair is now the 100% owner of DGW and their isn’t a damn thing Vince can do about it”
Flair quickly made his exit as the crowd started the chant toward Vince “nah nah na na, hey hey hey, goodbye”
Vince:
“Damnit, shut it down . . .shut it down. I’m Vince McMahon damnit. Flair you may own DGW, but i swear to God you haven’t seen the last of me. I made you Flair. And now I’m going to destroy you. If I can’t run DGW, then I’m going to destroy it from the inside. You are going to regret this day, because now I’m going to inject it. I’m going to kill it. Now, I’m going to show you the true poison that is the nwo
